In our latest employee spotlight, we’re thrilled to introduce you to Alyssa Blan, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Broadleaf who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for her work. Let’s dive into Alyssa’s journey and discover what makes her tick both in and out of the office.

A Journey of Growth

Alyssa’s path to Broadleaf was anything but conventional. After studying Early Childhood Development at MiraCosta College, Alyssa started at a local packaging firm, managing offices across California, Texas, and Florida. This experience laid the groundwork for her future in the recruiting field, where she honed her skills in sourcing for clients and got her first taste of the MSP world.

Her transition into recruiting introduced her to the world of Managed Service Providers (MSPs), sparking an interest that would eventually lead her to Broadleaf. “Working at a smaller company, I was implementing and assisting with the development of our new program Microsoft NAV,” Alyssa recalls. “This experience, along with my familiarity with VMS tools and industry processes, made the transition to Broadleaf seamless.”

Life at Broadleaf

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Alyssa’s days are filled with purposeful activity. She facilitates discussions to ensure the sourcing of the most qualified candidates, collaborating closely with team members to deliver the best outcomes for clients. Her role also involves auditing to meet client needs and ensuring timely position filling, all while supporting current workers.

What sets Broadleaf apart for Alyssa is the company’s commitment to work-life balance. “In past roles, I often found myself working even during my time off,” she shares. “At Broadleaf, however, the culture encourages us to enjoy our personal time without the constant pull of work responsibilities.”

The Thrill of Success

For Alyssa, the most exciting aspect of her work is the tangible impact she makes. “Every time we successfully fill a position, it’s not just a win for us but also for the managers seeking the right talent,” she explains enthusiastically. “Their satisfaction is a testament to our hard work and dedication. It’s inspiring to see how our efforts make a real difference in their teams.”

Navigating Challenges

Like any role, Alyssa’s position comes with its challenges. She notes that forecasting clients’ needs can be difficult in an ever-changing economy. However, her ability to adapt and remain flexible has allowed her to assist with various accounts and step in where help is needed.

Life Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Alyssa’s life is a whirlwind of activity centered around her family of five. “We live on the field with my husband and kids all in sports,” she says. “We are constantly on the go.” But amidst the busy schedule, Alyssa finds time for her passions. An avid reader, she boasts a floor-to-ceiling home library stocked with books she has personally read. Her love for Halloween also shines through, with her family picking annual themes for costumes and home decorations.

Balancing Act

Maintaining a work-life balance is crucial for Alyssa. She credits Broadleaf’s consistent schedule for allowing her to manage her responsibilities effectively. “It’s been a game-changer for our family dynamics, ensuring that I’m present for all their important moments,” she explains. To stay organized, she relies on both a paper agenda and a digital calendar, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Looking Ahead

As Alyssa continues to grow with Broadleaf, she remains excited about the evolving landscape of talent acquisition. With the industry embracing new technologies and approaches, she’s well-positioned to adapt and thrive.

Alyssa’s story is just one example of the diverse, passionate professionals that make up the Broadleaf team. Her journey highlights the company’s commitment to fostering a supportive work environment that allows employees to balance their professional ambitions with personal fulfillment.

Growing up in Colorado Springs, Kelsey developed a love for psychology and nonverbal communication, which she pursued at Michigan State University. Initially aspiring to become a special education teacher, her career path took an unexpected turn that led her to the world of sales and recruitment.

The Path to Recruitment

After college, Kelsey’s journey began with selling Cutco cutlery, where she quickly climbed the ranks to manage her own office. Her talent for recruiting caught the attention of her superiors, opening doors to on-campus recruitment opportunities.

A Decade in Staffing

Brittney Jinna, a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Broadleaf, has carved a unique path that blends professional excellence with personal fulfillment. From her Southern California roots to her impactful role at Broadleaf, Brittney’s journey is one of resilience, adaptability, and passion.

Life Before Broadleaf

Brittney grew up and still resides in sunny Southern California, just 30 miles outside of Los Angeles. Her journey toward a professional career wasn’t linear. After attending community college, she took a break to focus on raising her children. Determined to continue her education, she went on to earn a degree in Business.

Her career trajectory began in law enforcement, a challenging field where she honed her problem-solving and leadership skills. Transitioning to staffing, Brittney spent five years managing healthcare roles for government contracts. Starting as an Administrative Assistant, she rose through the ranks to oversee a team of offshore and remote recruiters, gaining invaluable experience in compliance, recruitment, and account management.

Life at Broadleaf

Today, Brittney thrives as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Broadleaf. Her day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring smooth onboarding, managing compliance processes, and maintaining robust client relationships. Mornings often start with email reviews and diving into Broadleaf’s Vendor Management Systems (VMS), where she oversees offers, extensions, and terminations to ensure client satisfaction.

Brittney found her way to Broadleaf after seeking a remote position that aligned with her career goals. Her interview experience was a turning point, sparking an immediate connection that made her confident Broadleaf was the right place for her.

At Broadleaf, Brittney feels empowered by the trust given to her to handle tasks autonomously while benefiting from the support of a collaborative team. “Broadleaf gives me the confidence to handle my responsibilities while knowing my team has my back,” she shares.

Her favorite aspect of the job? Problem-solving. “When a manager comes to me with an issue, I love leveraging my experience to find a solution,” she explains. Challenges arise, especially in managing complex accounts, but Brittney thrives on her ability to adapt and deliver results.

Looking Ahead

The staffing industry is evolving, and Brittney sees AI revolutionizing recruitment in the next decade. Despite technological changes, she believes her unique background in government contracts and healthcare staffing positions her to navigate this shifting landscape effectively.

She also takes pride in being part of one of the larger accounts at Broadleaf, viewing her role as an opportunity to make a lasting impact in the healthcare field and open new doors for the company.

Life Outside Broadleaf

Brittney’s days are a whirlwind of family activities and personal passions. Married with three active children, her free time revolves around cheerleading, softball, and soccer practices. “Balancing work and home life is possible because of Broadleaf’s flexibility and support,” she says.

When she’s not busy with her family, Brittney indulges her love for event planning—a passion that once turned into a business. Whether it’s a celebration or a holiday gathering, she loves creating memorable experiences for friends and family.

Her ideal day off? A blend of self-care and relaxation: coffee from Dutch Bros, a massage, a trip to the nail salon, shopping, and ending the day with a delicious dinner and binge-worthy TV series.

The Broadleaf Difference

When asked to describe Broadleaf in one word, Brittney chose “empowering,” a fitting term for a company that values its employees and fosters growth. Broadleaf is empowering in every sense of the word. From its flexible work culture to its supportive team dynamics, Broadleaf has provided a platform where she can thrive both professionally and personally.

Through her dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm, Brittney continues to make an indelible mark at Broadleaf while balancing the demands of work and family with grace.

In our latest feature, we shine the spotlight on Brittani Kotecki, a dedicated Talent Acquisition Advisor who brings a unique blend of passion, experience, and adaptability to the Broadleaf team. From her journey before joining Broadleaf to her life beyond work, let’s take a closer look at what makes Brittani such a valued team member.

Life Before Broadleaf

Roots and Education

Brittani grew up and continues to reside in Northeast Ohio, carrying strong roots and close family ties in the region. She pursued her studies at the University of Cincinnati, where she majored in Communications and Organizational Leadership—a fitting foundation for her future career in HR and recruitment.

Career Path

Brittani’s career path has been largely focused on Human Resources within the healthcare sector. Over time, she took on increasingly complex roles, eventually managing a team of recruiters as the Director of Recruiting. Seeking the flexibility of remote work as COVID-19 reshaped the work environment, Brittani joined Broadleaf. Her prior experience working with a Managed Service Provider (MSP) gave her insight into what makes a successful client partnership, knowledge she applies to her current role.

Life at Broadleaf

Role and Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, Brittani currently oversees two major accounts. Her role involves the daily management of these accounts, with a strong focus on building client relationships and serving as an extension of the client’s own team. “I run things on the client’s behalf, ensuring that everything is handled the way they’d want it done,” she explains.

Joining Broadleaf

The autonomy offered by Broadleaf was a significant factor in Brittani’s decision to join the team. She values the flexibility and independence to run her accounts while having the support of her manager when needed. “I love the mix of autonomy and support,” she says.

What She Loves About Her Work

For Brittani, every day is a little different—something she truly enjoys about her role. “The variety is exciting,” she says, though she admits that it can be challenging to get to the bottom of complex problems, especially when multiple stakeholders and systems are involved.

Growth and Evolution in Her Role

Brittani’s experience at Broadleaf began with her management of her first account, an eye-opening learning experience. “Transitioning from her first account, where vendors communicate directly with clients, to a larger account, where everything goes through the MSP, was a big change,” she reflects. Today, Brittani has made the account her own, building strong client relationships and further developing her skills.

Broadleaf’s Unique Culture

Working remotely hasn’t hindered Brittani’s sense of teamwork at Broadleaf. She speaks highly of her team’s constant communication and support, even from a distance. “Even though I don’t see my team every day, we’re always in touch, troubleshooting together,” she says, adding that she feels supported by her manager, who is always accessible and ready to help when needed.

Life Outside of Broadleaf

Morning Routine

Brittani’s mornings are a balance of coffee, quiet time, and a few productive moments. She uses this time to get household tasks out of the way before the day begins.

Family Life

Brittani’s life outside work is full of family activities, especially with her almost 1-year-old son and a second baby due in the spring. “Family time takes up most of my weekends, and I wouldn’t have it any other way,” she says.

A Love for Christmas

Brittani is a self-proclaimed Christmas enthusiast. “We have themed trees in every room of the house,” she shares with a laugh. “On November 1st, the decorating begins.” From Hallmark movies to family holiday traditions, Brittani fully embraces the festive season.

Hobbies and Interests

When not managing talent, Brittani and her husband indulge their passion for bourbon. They enjoy collecting unique bottles from their travels, even making out-of-state trips for special finds. “Our wedding had a bourbon theme, and we even named our firstborn, Booker, after our favorite bourbon—Booker’s,” she reveals.

Ideal Day Off

For Brittani, a perfect day off involves a bit of retail therapy. “Getting lost in Target or Home Goods is my idea of relaxation,” she says.

Travel Dreams

With a love for exploration, Brittani dreams of returning to the Galapagos Islands, where she studied abroad in college. “It was the best experience of my life,” she reflects. Her bucket list also includes the Canary Islands and Croatia, destinations she hopes to visit one day with her family.

Brittani’s story is one of resilience, growth, and a passion for both her work and life outside the office. Her journey enriches Broadleaf, and her dedication to building meaningful relationships with her clients shines through in all she does. We’re proud to have Brittani as part of our team, and we can’t wait to see where her path with Broadleaf leads next. Stay tuned for more team member stories as we continue our In the Limelight series!

Life Before Broadleaf: My Journey So Far

I grew up in Yorba Linda, California, but I currently live in Vermont which I love. Some of what I love most about Vermont is the fall weather, the small towns, and going to the local comedy club. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Mathematics at University of Texas at Austin. Later, I pursued my master’s degree in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University.

Life at Broadleaf: A New Role

Currently, I work as a Talent Acquisition Advisor at Broadleaf. I started on one less complex account and later transitioned to a larger client account. What I appreciate most about working at Broadleaf is the autonomy I have in managing my time. Unlike my previous roles, where time management was more rigid, Broadleaf offers a lot of flexibility. My manager, Greg, is supportive and doesn’t micromanage, which allows me to work in a way that suits me best.

I believe my strengths—communication, customer service, and time management—make me well-suited for this role. One of the most interesting aspects of my job is learning how different accounts operate, especially the shift from working with a vendor-neutral program to a non-vendor-neutral one. It has been a fascinating learning experience! If I had to describe Broadleaf in one word, it would be flexible. Not just because of our company culture, but how we customize our solutions for clients as well.

Life Outside of Work: Finding Balance

Before work, I start my day relaxing on the couch with a cup of coffee. Outside of work, I love to stay active by walking my dogs, going to yoga or Pilates classes, or catching up with friends over dinner. I also enjoy road trips, shopping, reading, and making time to disconnect from the digital world.

Something most people don’t know about me is that I’m a huge nerd—I’m always listening to podcasts! Some of my favorite podcasts are: Nateland, Joe Rogan, and Beyond the Blinds. If I could travel anywhere with unlimited time and money, I’d visit Madagascar, Mongolia, and Antarctica. I’m drawn to places that are remote and less traveled.

Every day is a new adventure, and I’m grateful for the opportunities I’ve had so far, both at Broadleaf and beyond!

Life Before Broadleaf

I grew up in Lawrenceville, Georgia and now live in Calhoun, Georgia. I went to school at Georgia Gwinnett College and received my bachelor’s in psychology with a minor in criminal justice. I was a co-manager at RaceTrac Petroleum for many years. My best friend worked for Broadleaf, which is how I came to start working for the company. What sold me was the work-life balance, flexibility, and opportunity to learn something new.

Life at Broadleaf

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Broadleaf, I’m responsible for candidate onboarding and hiring and VMS management. I ensure candidates are onboarded in a timely fashion, keep the VMS up-to-date, and assist with client and supplier inquiries.

There was a huge learning curve when I joined Broadleaf, as the MSP space was an entirely new world for me—but I was excited to learn a different industry. Broadleaf has been great about encouraging me and helping me grow. I’m also very organized and detail oriented, which has helped me in my role.

The work does come with its challenges. The job market can be very competitive when it comes to finding the best talent for our client—and doing it quickly. I’ve also seen how new legislation and policies have changed the dynamics for temporary workers just in the last couple years.

Looking ahead, it’s hard to say what the industry will look like ten years from now. We know from the COVID pandemic how rapidly things can change. But I do imagine more people choosing contract work as the years go by.

Life Outside of Broadleaf

Outside of work, my two little girls keep me busy. I love watching them play together. I also like to cook and garden. Homesteading is something I have started to get more passionate about. I love the idea of becoming more self-sufficient.

If money or time off were no object, I would travel to Europe to see Italy, Germany, and Spain. I was able to visit Denmark when I was a child and would love my own children to get the same experience of seeing other cultures.

In this month’s “In the Limelight” employee spotlight, meet Sierra Anderson! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sierra supports one of Broadleaf’s largest MSP accounts. Sierra’s positivity, transparency, relationship-building skills, and willingness to learn new things have made her an invaluable member of the team.

Life Before Broadleaf

I grew up in Fort Washington, Maryland (about 15 minutes outside of Washington, D.C.) and still live in that area now. I went to Norfolk State University in Virginia and actually studied Criminal Justice. My goal was to be a defense attorney, and I wanted to work with Amnesty International helping exonerate people who are falsely imprisoned. After school, I ended up starting a career in sales. I worked at T-Mobile for 6 years and went from being a Mobile Expert to having a career on the Mobile Showroom Truck, which allowed me to attend several events across the east coast, not only selling our products and services but also finding great new people to join the team.

As I became more involved in the interview and hiring process, I fell in love with people development and helping them find new jobs and grow in their careers. Once I was pregnant with my youngest daughter, I decided that it was time for me to find a career that would allow me to be home more for my family, and that is what led me to Broadleaf.

Opportunities for Learning

Life at Broadleaf is amazing! Compared to my other professional experiences, I really appreciate how much knowledge is shared throughout the organization. I have learned new ways to tackle problems just by picking the brains of people within and outside of my own team.

What excites me most about my work is fixing problems. I can use my critical thinking skills to develop strategies that help our clients. It’s what keeps my brain going every day.

A Good Fit

My previous experience as a Retail Associate Training Store Manager at T-Mobile definitely prepared me for my current role at Broadleaf. I was not only trained in sales and relationship-building but was also a certified training specialist. I led our new hire classes and got to watch their journeys throughout their tenure at T-Mobile. I was able to see the recruitment process from start to finish.

One of my biggest strengths is relationship-building. I pride myself on clear communication and keep my relationships strong by being transparent and accountable. Doing my job correctly is something that I take very seriously. I strive to be the best I can in any role because I want people to be proud of my contributions and always have positive things to say about my work ethic.

Outside of Work

Family is what keeps me busiest outside of work. We all live within 30 minutes of each other, so we always get together and play cards, eat crabs, or just enjoy each other’s company. Recently we have been doing a family video call to watch The 1% Club together and see who can get the most questions right—I usually get them all correct! I also LOVE sports. I try to go to as many sporting events as possible. I am a HUGE Philadelphia Eagles fan, but I enjoy any sport from football to pickleball.

I am most passionate about equality. As the mom of a daughter with a disability, I try to advocate as much as possible for individuals who may be living with a disability in any way, shape, or form.

In this month’s “In the Limelight,” we’re featuring Client Delivery Manager, Greg Saufley. With more than 30 years of experience in the talent acquisition and workforce solutions industry, Greg is an important member of the Broadleaf team and plays a key role in meeting our clients’ needs. Read on to learn more about Greg, how the industry has changed since his first recruiting gig in the ‘90s, what brought him to Broadleaf, and his life outside of work.

Journey to Broadleaf

I grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and now live in Plattsburgh, New York. In 1993, I started working for a staffing firm as a recruiter and later took on the role of Onsite Manager with PNC Bank. In 2001, I relocated to upstate New York with another staffing agency. During my 19+ years with that company, I held a variety of roles, including Branch Manager, National Program Manager, Client Delivery Director, and Regional Operations Manager.

I came across an opportunity to work for Broadleaf while searching for opportunities on Indeed and was hired as a Talent Acquisition Advisor. After 18 months, I was promoted to Client Delivery Manager.

Life at Broadleaf

In my current role, I support two of Broadleaf’s largest accounts—one in the aerospace and defense industry, and the other in manufacturing. What sold me on the company was its size and the ability to work remotely. I also liked that the company is a woman-owned business enterprise (WBE).

I truly enjoy helping people and fixing things—and as Client Delivery Manager, I’m able to do both. One of the most challenging (and interesting) parts of the job is the fire fighting. In our world, suppliers and customers are always coming to us with things at the last minute that need to be resolved quickly.

My prior experience supporting MSPs and background in operations, customer service, and recruiting have helped set me up for success at Broadleaf, and I look forward to growing into other accounts.

The Times They Are A-Changin’

Having been in the talent acquisition industry for so long, I’ve seen a lot of changes. When I started as a recruiter back in the early ‘90s, there was no email or online job postings. The onboarding process consisted of the green form (application), the yellow form (W4), and the white form (I9). We processed payroll by faxing in timesheets to a central payroll center, and in emergency situations we would process paychecks with a typewriter—yes, a typewriter!

The industry has come so far with automation. There are so many advantages to being able to coordinate staffing initiatives across states and multiple platforms—all from my home office in upstate New York.

The industry is once again in an interesting position and undergoing changes. Some states are proposing new legislation to establish temporary workers’ rights. If these policies gain steam, it may impact things like headcount, length of assignment, and wages. Regardless, contingent workers and MSP providers will still have an important role to play in the talent ecosystem—but companies will need to make hiring decisions quickly or be prepared for higher pay and bill rates. We’ll need to become even more efficient with tracking assignments and measuring individual and supplier performance in support of our customers.

Life Outside of Broadleaf

Before my workday begins, I like to make my wife’s tea and listen to a morning devotion. Outside of work, I enjoy kayaking and fishing. We also recently bought an old 1820s church and are working with architects to make it our forever home.

If money or time off were no object, I’d love to travel to Vietnam. I was there for a month in 1998 when I adopted my daughter, Emmi, and would love to take her back to show her around. Then we would head to New Zealand with my son, Michael. He is a huge Lord of the Rings nerd, and we would definitely need to stay in a Hobbit house.

In this edition of “In the Limelight,” we’re featuring Melissa Prosneick, one of our trusted Talent Acquisition Advisors. Melissa joined the Broadleaf team in 2023, bringing 18+ years of staffing industry experience. Today, she supports one of Broadleaf’s key MSP accounts, serving as a liaison between the client and the multiple suppliers that service the program.

Life Before Broadleaf

I grew up in Fredonia, New York and currently live in Silver Creek, New York. I went to Jamestown Community College and SUNY Fredonia where I studied business administration.

I began my career as a Demand Revenue Manager with Red Wing Foods until our department was relocated to St Louis. Recruiting sort feel in my lap. I was visiting my mother at her place of employment during lunch, and the vice president of a staffing company came in for an in-person “cold call” to provide more information on their services. I ended up doing an on-the-spot interview and was hired a week later.

I was with that company for 8 years, then started working for another staffing company where I climbed the ladder from recruiter to MSP manager over a 10-year period.

I learned about an opportunity with Broadleaf when a former colleague reached out. At the time, I was looking to make a career move and liked the honesty and level of comfort I felt during the interview process.

Life at Broadleaf

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, I support one of Broadleaf’s key MSP accounts. I am the liaison between the client and multiple suppliers that service the program. I work through billing/invoicing issues, review and distribute requests, and build relationships with the client’s hiring managers.

In my role, there is always something that needs to be researched and fixed—and there’s always something new to learn. But it’s great having coworkers I can count on and people that I can go to for help when obstacles come up.

Having worked on the supplier/vendor side of the business for 18 years, I understand what suppliers go through to get candidates and what’s needed to work with customers as the end users.

During my two decades in the industry, I’ve seen a lot of changes. COVID played a major role in how the staffing industry operates. Now, a lot of businesses are finally returning to offices and moving away from remote work. Over the next decade, I think there are going to be a lot of new laws and policies passed in different states that will impact the way people work and the way we do business.

Life Outside of Broadleaf

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling. In the mornings before work, I go for a mile walk or get some playtime in with my puppy. I bartend on Saturday nights, and my husband and I try to get away for day trips on Sundays when it’s not football season.

For me, an ideal day off from work is spending the day outside, enjoying the sun at a winery or restaurant by the lake and ending the day with a backyard bonfire with friends.

I’m a big history buff. I’ve had the opportunity to fly in a World War II B-17 and will get to ride in an M4 Sherman Tank this summer. I’d also love to travel to Greece—it’s a bucket list trip for me.

In this month’s edition of “In the Limelight,” we’re featuring Talent Acquisition Specialist, Kateley Boardman. Kateley’s time in the U.S. Navy and education in communications and public relations set her up for success at Broadleaf, where she plays a crucial role supporting the hiring needs of our clients. Learn more about Kateley below!

Journey to Broadleaf

I was born and raised in Lawrence, Massachusetts, and currently reside in Marietta, Georgia.

After completing high school, I immediately enlisted in the United States Navy as an Aviation Ordnanceman. My responsibilities included handling and inspecting military ordnance, as well as planning and organizing safety and security training for sailors. I also maintained personnel records and training portfolios, providing reports to my supervisors.

I went on to receive my bachelor’s degree in communications and public relations from California State University, Fullerton.

As a recent college graduate, I had a hard time finding a job in the communications field during the pandemic. At the time, I was volunteering for StandUp for Kids, a non-profit organization in Atlanta that I previously interned with in California. I helped the organization increase brand awareness by developing strategies and creating content for its social media pages. Additionally, I provided mentoring support and resources to at-risk and homeless youth in public high schools.

My brother, Chris Carvalho Boardman, works for Acara and recommended I check out Broadleaf’s job posting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. After learning more about the position, I felt that it presented a great opportunity for me to apply my skills and knowledge in communication, customer service, and relationship-building.

Life at Broadleaf

In my role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and suppliers. My workday consists of responding to inquiries from hiring managers and suppliers; conducting intake calls with hiring managers and publishing new job requisitions in the vendor management system (VMS); monitoring the status of open requisitions, candidates submitted, and the timeliness of manager feedback to ensure a smooth hiring process; assisting in the sourcing and onboarding of contingent workers; ensuring that all compliance documents are properly filled out and filed in the VMS; and maintaining data integrity within the VMS system and providing support for reporting and research purposes.

In talent acquisition, human interaction is crucial. We understand that both candidates and clients may face unexpected changes in their lives and careers, and it’s our responsibility to remain flexible and adaptable to these fluctuations. Our goal is to provide the best possible service and be a reliable and supportive partner every step of the way.

My previous experience has been very beneficial in my current role at Broadleaf. Here, I am responsible for conducting supplier and manager training, sending weekly reports to the client, and reviewing and filing compliance documents for contractors who are onboarded for a position with the client. During my time as a Communications/Public Relations Intern with StandUp for Kids in California, I learned about the significance of timely and effective communication. This experience also helped me in building strong connections, which is crucial in my current role at Broadleaf. As one of the primary points of contact for managers and suppliers on the accounts I support, I make sure to establish well-rounded connections with them.

Why Broadleaf?

I like having the opportunity to assist managers in finding the right talent for their business needs and the company’s success.

I feel accepted and valued at Broadleaf. It’s great that I can share my ideas, and my colleagues listen and consider them. I feel encouraged to communicate, collaborate, and support my team members, while receiving that same connection and support in return.

I find remote work fulfilling, but I also value being part of a supportive workplace where I can work alongside talented colleagues.

Life Beyond Broadleaf

Outside of work, I enjoy hot pilates and yoga, going on walks with my children and husband, attending my sons’ martial arts classes, cooking, and watching Netflix documentaries.

I am passionate about helping foster and homeless children. In the past, I have dedicated my time to non-profit organizations like StandUp for Kids and Together We Rise, helping children who are experiencing hardship to access the support and resources they need.

If money or time off was no object, I would visit some beautiful places around the world, such as Cape Town in South Africa. From the pictures I have seen, it appears to be a wonderful destination with its breathtaking mountains, oceans, wildlife, and cityscape. Another place on my travel list is Saint Lucia, located in the Caribbean Sea. Its beaches and rainforests look stunning in pictures, and I hope to see them in person someday. Additionally, I dream of taking a 30-day trip around Europe, exploring the diverse scenery, cuisine, people, and coffee culture.
